Return Policy

At Rusted Ranch Wear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also need to be clear about our return and exchange guidelines:

🚫 No Returns Policy
We do not offer traditional returns for our clothing items. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out perfectly.

✅ Exchange Options:

  • You can exchange items within 15 days of receiving your product

  • Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

    • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached

    • Original packaging must be intact

    • Proof of purchase is required

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service immediately 

  2. Provide order number and reason for exchange

  3. We'll guide you through the exchange process

Shipping for Exchanges:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item

Important Notes:

  • Sale/clearance items are final sale and not eligible for exchanges

  • Damaged or defective items will be handled on a case-by-case basis
